Change the visual style in the animation workspace

I would like to create an animation of a model without all the lines along the edges, can I remove them in the animation work space similar to how I can set the visual style to "Shaded" in the modelling work space?

Hey amirsamir92,

You should be able to change it by clicking the Display Settings icon on the bottom center of the canvas. It's no different from how it's done in any other workspace.

My mistake- you're correct. At the moment your only option is shaded with hidden edges. What kind of animation are you trying to make? If you're going for a rendered animation the best option is probably to go for a 3rd party rendering tool. F360 is limited in this capacity given that our development is focused on manufacturing.

So is there any plans on getting the visual style option back on Mac?

I planning to do whatever animation that shows the usage of my products... movements of motors and the resulting movements for example.

Any suggestions on animation software?

I am having the same problem, but my view is stuck in wireframe.  No option to change to any shaded view.

I fixed the problem by closing the model and opening it again.  This must be a bug.

I just encountered this and was similarly confused. It seems that the environment controls are hidden behind the animation timeline on mac by default.
