change edge curvature

is there anyway to change the curve of an edge in sculpt mode?

I've fidled around with a curved edge on a form and I want to change the curveature/raduies of it but in edit form 

it seems like I can change everything but the curve. I can change dimensions, position(on both points and whole edges) and so forth.

What I want to do is to make the green edge to not bulge out over the red edge as much as it does, and the curve to look more like the blue edge. It feels like I'm missing something, and all the tutorials I've looked at haven't really helped solving it

T-Splines are curvature continuous, because of this I tend to use scale as shown in the video below along with rotating the lines using the triad.

I see what you mean... but I was more looking for some more precise way of tweaking the edge with the joining ones.
