How to use model of Fusion into 3ds Max???

You can't use 3ds max materials in Fusion, you can use textures, bump maps though, but the is no real UV mapping so that's limited.
As far as using Fusion models in 3ds Max your only real option is to export a .stl file but that is also a headache because the models are triangulated.
If the model is a T-Spline you can export the control cage as an .obj file that is not triangulated.
If you open your Fusion model in A360 you can download a FBX or .obj file but keep in mind you will have no surface control.

If you use .stl export from Fusion you can control the surface for a much nicer model to render.
