Cannot select edges of faces to create fillet

I'm trying to round off some sharp edges on a design that I made in Tinkercad originally and I believe should be done with fillets. Whenever I select Fillets though I can't actually select any face or edge on my model. (The Select button in the Fillets tab is blue, in case this makes a difference.) I have checked the object is selectable so I know its not that.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Did you convert the mesh to a solid?

Tinkercad is a mesh modeler.  The result is a mesh body.  You can convert a mesh body to a solid body (see screencast), and it works on a simple model like this one.  More complex models won't probably work as well, but this should get you going.

If you build using simple shapes in Tinkercad you can transfer to Fusion and end up with a solid model, not a mesh. See this post for some info.

That worked perfectly, thank you. Now I just have to figure out why its 10 times the size of the original model.

@Anonymous

Do not Open directly.

Start a new Fusion file with correct units.

Insert rather than Open.

In addition to the excellent point that @HughesTooling made about the direct integration that exists between Tinkercad and Fusion (which I had forgotten all about...), there is one other method.  I think this one depends on the kind of license you have (I think I remember that this is not available in the Personal license).  But, if you have it, you can pretty easily convert this mesh body to a better-quality solid using the "prismatic" conversion.
