Can't find the Annotation toolbar

I have searched for 30 minutes trying to find it. Attached is a view of my screen.

It isn't at the bottom as many sites have indicated and my drawing doesn't have the same icons as I see elsewhere.

I simply want to increase the number of decimal places from 3 to 4.

How do I get annotations at the bottom of the drawing?

Hi,

I'm not sure what you mean by annotations toolbar, but I'd like to help figure this out with you.

It sounds like you want to change the display of dimensions from 3 places to 4. Are you talking about within drawings (2D drafting views of your model) or within modeling (3D solid models of your design)?

Thanks,

I'm in 3D modeling.

From what I've read, the only way to set the default number of decimal places is from the Annotation bar/icon.

This is what I can't find.

NOTE: It isn't critical, just frustrating.

It was easy in DesignCAD 2000.  Smiley Wink

Thanks for the clarification.

In Autodesk Fusion 360, the default units display is set in Preferences for both 2D and 3D workspaces.

Try this:

set_display_units_precision.png

The control that you read about, the Annotation toolbar, is used only in the 2D drawings workspace, and it is used to override default units display for drawings which is also set in Preferences.

If this helps, please mark as solved. If you still have questions I'm happy to help.
