Sorry to hear about the troubles with the Drawing environment.
Can you try performing a reset to Default Layout View in Fusion before creating a drawing?

I'm not sure if it will help, but the error looks like some UI related element. Resetting to the defaults may help.
If that doesn't help and you're interested in a fast solution, you may want to try performing a clean uninstall and re-install.

Otherwise, it may be helpful to note if the Accoreconsole process is starting up on your computer when you try to create drawing. If you have any background processes like anti-virus software that could be interfering with this process, it may help to try and temporarily disable them. It may also be helpful to note what system specs you have (OS, graphics, memory, etc).
