Offset of all body components

A friend helped on a project but the entire side of the body was not included in the sketch.  How can I add the aft end of the part onto the sketch.  The purpose of doing this is so that I can do an offset of the top, nose and bottom of 2mm which will become a pattern for a skin material for this part.

I hope someone can give advise on this.

Please attach the file and I'll show you how you can work with this model and create this offset that you want, it's very simple.
