Can I create a drawing section view with a custom orientation from a named view?

(I posted this to the support forum by mistake and haven't found a way to delete it from there, so posting here again - hope that's ok.)

Hi guys - 

I'd like to be able to include a section view in a drawing that is viewed from a specific angle (for which I have a named view from the design). Is this possible? 

Here is the view I'd like to recreate in a drawing. I have saved this orientation as a named view. 

I can create a base view from that orientation, but it's not sectioned. Example:

I can create a section view from a standard view (e.g. Right), and then created a projected isometric view from that section. That comes close, but the isometric view is not exactly the angle I'd like to see. But the projected isometric view doesn't let me change the view orientation. 

Any way to do it?

I do apologize as I stated in the post-edit. I couldn't find a way to delete the duplicate after I accidentally posted to what I thought was the wrong forum. 

I have attached the model file to that thread in the Support forum (thanks for the link), and will mark this one completed.
