Fusion 360 libraries assets folder no upload button

Hello!

I have a problem with the Assets folder under Libraries. I enter the Assets folder but I there are no visible "upload" button.. Do anyone have a fix for this problem?

What is the purphose of Assets under Libraries other than making all team members able to access the files?
