There is no requirement (or option) for a loft rail to maintain tangent continuity across it's length. To overcome this, try using a slightly different approach.

 

First, extrude the patch surfaces. The surface edges will help you to create tangent profiles in the loft command.

Next, mirror and inspect.

ah yes true I over looked the fact that you can switch the profile rail order.

 

However imagine you have now at the end and start of your profiles a surface as well and you need to patch this in?

You rail edge then cannot be surface continuity besides G0.

Now one could say well then start building from the left and to the right or so. This example here is just a test to show

loft simply need G1 and G2 for Rail profiles.

 

Think about loft in Fusion also like a curve network.

True! That scenario presents a few more problems for the current capabilities in the loft command.

I also defer to the Advanced Modeling discussion around future capabilites and timing in the below thread.

As for possible existing solutions, the Sculpt environment should be able to get you there-ish  with G2 continuity.

Yeah I am really looking forward to the advanced modeling abilities. Too bad this is will only be available next year or so.
