Thanks for the  post.  This post seems to be a duplicate of this post:  bug-cplane-creation-plane-at-angle.  Is that correct?

 

Also, the video in both of these posts seems to not match the title.  I don't see any workplane commands at all in the video.  Did you maybe mistakenly post the incorrect video?  I have the model, though, and I think I understand the problem:

 

This is the computed state of the plane:

And this is the state of the plane in the command:

plane at angle bug 2.png

 

They are off by 90 degrees.

 

This bug has been fixed in the latest version of Fusion, and will be available in the next update.

there are some hick ups with the form which is why I think there are two posts.

this morning none for the forums from AD even worked.
