Broken Fillet.

Good day everyone ! I'm very new to fusion and was toying around with some shape designs. However for a reason I don't understand I can't add a fillet bigger than a couple of tiny millimiters. The red line seems to be the error but I don't see anything broken. How could I fix this ? Thank you much in advance for your time, hope I can be part of the awesome fusion community ! 🙂

the red line in the warning is indicating where along the edge chain the error is happening.  At first guess, I suspect it is because of the fact that the edges are not tangent continuous.  This can cause Fillet to fail.  I would try going back to whatever feature created these edges and make sure the result is tangent.

Thank you much for the very quick reply ! Initially that shape you see was a cube in which I cut out the curvature using another sketch, then I added a thickness modifier to it. I don't really know how could I solve that tangency issue though.

I also just realised I could attach Fusion files, so here it is. Hope it's not too annoying.

Thanks again @jeff_strater .

The "cheating" way to do this is to just fillet the non-tangent edge itself.  Then, you can add a fillet that is more what I expect you are looking for.

I dug a bit deeper into this, and tracked it down to the extrude cut at the very beginning of the model.  The problem is right here - that spline is not tangent to the horizontal line.

To fix this, I trimmed away the spline, and made it tangent (by making the handle horizontal), then adding in another straight line at the end.  This results in a tangent edge that can be filleted.
