Autodesk fusion 360 crashing

Recently my autodesk fusion crashes when i create drawings from existing designs, and also crashes and stops responding when i try to open or delete any of the drawings created from existing designs. Please help me find a solution to this issue.

Thanks.

Get your diagnostic logs from your computer and post them here so Fusion team can take a look at them.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting. I am sorry you are having this issue.  After reviewing your logs and your Crash Error Reports (I did not find any) I need some more information from you.  When you say the application crashes, can you send me (kris.berg@autodesk.com) an image of the dialogs you see when the application crashes?  It will help me further pinpoint the issue.

Thank you,

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for the pictures.  You mention above that you see this when creating a new drawing.  Can you try creating a simple design (box) and creating a drawing from that?  If you can not create a drawing from a simple box can you follow these directions for a clean uninstall/install?  https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-do-a-clean-uninstall-of-Autodesk-Fusion-360.html

Thank you,

Have you tried restarting your computer?
I have had a number of times where I had an issue with F36 that I just couldn't figure out and then restarted and problem went away.
I wish I could be of more help but sometimes it's the simple things.

Hi @Anonymous,

I am sorry you are still having problems after following the clean uninstall/reinstall procedure.  After rebooting your computer, can you try opening/creating a drawing again.  Then go to Task Manager and see if there is a process named "AcCoreConsole.exe".  Let me know your findings.  Also what OS are you running on?

We have seen some problems in the past if people have key scrambling applications.  Here is a related post http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/design-validate-document/no-drawing-created/m-p/5768901#M30412 .

Thank you,
