Default layout? That is default layout. With default preferences. I can replicate it in any file. Did you try with the file I supplied? Would you mind screen recording what you are doing?

I can reproduce it on this file, and on a new one, @scottmoyse - We'll definitely take a look. This must be a new regression - I can't believe that this one has been around forever and no one has found it...
