I created a Screencast showing you the Centerline tool in action on a model I think is identical to yours. Please share your model and drawing so the Forum users can troubleshoot it for you. In the future, you should use the Autodesk Screencast recording tool for your videos, it is free and probably was already installed with Fusion 360. If not just search for Autodesk Screencast on the web. Users are a little concerned using outside links.

I forgot to mention, the feature you are trying to place the centerline in must be created from a true circle. You did not show the source of the section so I cannot tell.
