ok, 100% I can not use fusion360...

not just sketch problems.

 

I hope all be fixed asap

software updates are nightmare for me now.

hi Keqing,

I have alredy contact the autodesk support about crash when I use sketch tools (rectangle lines, ect) and you can see a movie of this problem

I try to use solid, but another crash - I have replied the design and recording movie, same problems

 

I am disperate

you are a lucky man.

I have problem when I draw sketch and when I solids

 

All this after the lastest update

Before this everything was great.

 

I am a bit frustated, I use fusion360 for my bussines (maybe lot of people here) but now it is impossible to use for me.

Anymore I have read other guys had problems after this last update.

Do any steps in your screencast, and no problems here.

 

Have you tried to restart your computer and empty the fusion 360 cache?

hi,

yes I have restarted mac lot of time but i did not clean cache

Ok, I have clean cache, i have restarted everything.

I'm sorry to hear that's still happening! Have you tried using the new automatic clean uninstall and then reinstalling? If that doesn't work, please let me know and I'll reach out to you and set up a remote troubleshooting session!

Hi Kate,

I have areadly done everthing possible including unistall with fusioncleaner, but still problems

Anymore Brian replied to me that team working on these problems

I believe your system does not meet the system requirements for Fusion 360 and this is why it is prone to crashing. You may find a suggestion in the below collection of articles may help. Ultimately, the best solution will be to upgrade the hardware to meet the system requirements.

I have already replied and i can not beleve that yesterday i can use my mac without any problems and now due a update software i can not finish my work

my business in strongly compromise.
