Being able to switch distance direction in the chamfer tool..
dpar15 brought this to my attention, you can't switch the direction in the chamfer tool when using the distance and angle. I'm sure a lot of people need this. I know I am one of them. I know there are work arounds but it wastes time.
I have the same problem. It is only a small thing, but it can be a real nuisance. I am used to Pro Engineer Wildfire and there if the chamfer is not the way you want it you can flip it.
I absolutely agree with this suggestion. its very inconvenient to have to calculate the distance when the direction is wrong. Please make the feature available as soon as possible.

Driving me crazy (new to F360 and this kind of CAD in general - drawing board only until now), so how can I do this? What are the workarounds? Geometry calculations? How?
I just had to go back to the sketch and draw in the chamfers manually.
How is this still not fixed???? this should have been a simple addon and is a critical feature needed when working with shaft chamfers. Get this done ASAP please
i had the same problem, fixed it by using the draft-tool instead of the chamfer-tool. But i agree it would be easier for users to have the option at the chamfer-tool.
So i hope it will be fixed soon, otherwise (or till then) maybe somebody else is helped with the draft-tool.
