We would like to have more functionality with what can be automated for the transmittal email message.
For example, we would like a list of drawings added to a specific folder in files. Our field staff can view the email message and quickly determine which documents were uploaded versus just a link. It is cumbersome to try to manually populate this information in the body of the email message. Attached is an example of what we can generate using Power Automate and SharePoint, which our field staff prefer.
