When I go to respond to an RFI, when I click on submit response a window pops up and blocks the RFI question. I cannot move the window to see the question below. I often need to reference the question so what I do is copy and paste the question into the response window so at least I can see it and then delete it when I'm done. Please allow up to move the pop up window or instead of a popup add a section to type the response right into the site so I can also open the attachment and see the entire RFI activity log.
