When creating a File Log under Files, the XLS report generated gives all dates in a non-sortable version, eg Nov 27, 2025 10.20 .
The only way to sort these date columns (ie Last updated or Version added at) is alphabetical - so April will always be at the bottom or top.
There is also no way to correct these dates in the report, unless you did it manually.
Hence there is no way to sort by the most recently updated file.
Having the date format in a way Excel recognises (eg DD/MM/YYYY, YYYY/MM/DD) would be particularly useful when you are trying to identify the most recent uploaded documents across folders.
