Problem
When a form receives a “Revise and Resubmit” response, users must create a new inspection request. There is currently no version history linking successive submissions, making it difficult to track revisions over time.
Suggested Enhancement
Allow users to create a new revision of an existing form while preserving all previous versions and responses.
Example:
- Inspection R0
- Inspection R1
- Inspection R2
Each revision should maintain its own responses while remaining linked to the original inspection record.
