Currently, the Internal Budget Transfer module lacks parity within Cost Management modules. When drafting an Internal Budget Transfer, the "Documents" and "Linked References" sections are missing.
Our project requires a standardized Budget Transfer Form (Excel format) to be attached when submitting for the approval workflow. Because these sections are unavailable, users are forced to manually prepare, track, and store these Excel files offline, disrupting the centralized approval workflow and creating an inconsistent user experience.
Proposed Solution: We request that Autodesk updates the Internal Budget Transfer module to include the following features:
Documents & Linked References Sections: Allow users to directly upload files and link references to the Internal Budget Transfer, matching the UI of the Change Order and Contract modules.
Document Package Generation: Support document generation using variables so that standardized Excel (or Word) Budget Transfer forms can be automatically generated by the system, rather than forcing users to create them offline.
Custom Attributes: Enable Custom Attributes within the Internal Budget Transfer module to allow teams to track specific metadata relevant to their internal financial processes.
