When uploading sheets, the system only allows entry of the issuance date and does not provide a field to track the “date received.” Since both dates are important for documentation and tracking purposes, users must currently maintain the received date separately in an external Excel sheet. Adding a required “Date Received” field during sheet upload would improve record accuracy and eliminate the need for manual tracking outside the platform.
