Cost - Views controlled by Roles or Permissions

In short there are views we have that we consider an internal Project view, but I don't want the owner to see.  I want to still be able to wipe columns off of it or filter it down some more.  I want people in my company to have a default view that is different from the default view the owner can see. Currently this is not possible.  We need to control what the owner see's and eliminate unnecessary questions.   

Example: In the PCO screen the Scope means nothing to the owner and raises questions because they can see it, and we cannot hide the  but it means a lot to us.

If I can control the views that the owner can see it will allow us to enhance their experience and not cause us pain.

Hi Joe, I assume you mean to control our collaborate views, and not just normal cost views?

If the Owner/Architect is logging into our project we want to control the views and what they see.  The standard Default view shows too much even when logged in as an Owner.  We want to be able to set all views for them.   @ian_turner

Hi @jszaboASQ2R Am a little confused as I've asked multiple times for an example of what you'd like to show the Owner in the Main Contract as we are extending our custom column ability which i think should help address the above, but you've never responded with any examples?

@ian_turner.  Most of this is in the PCO screen.  From my understanding, the scope does not mean anything to the owner.  It is alarming to me that the Cost Impact showing.  I don't think they would need the Budget Impact since they have the Submitted value, but I could be OK with that column.  Integration State is one they do not need in our environment, unless the intent is the Owner can integrate into their log in on our project?    Type depends on how disciplined the Project team is.  If they keep messing up the type it creates questions and generally, we only show them the types that we are having them approve.   

The ACO screen is better than the PCO screen, but we do not need the Integration State shown for them and we would like to be able to filter out the Budget Transfer type.

There are Budget Views that we would not mind sharing with Owner's and Architects for Contingency and Allowances, but unless we have permissioning and guarantee they can only see what we select with no additional columns, it would be a deal breaker.     

This leads to the getting the Pending Change Orders into the Main Contract so we can create views here for the owner to view this information.

Also find alarming we show cost impact, especially if it was a fixed price. Seems we missed it when we implemented cost impact when you use the PCO as COR setting. It is fine in normal COR views. Will fix asap, thanks for the heads up.
Also agreed on integration state although is turned off by default. 

Type is just change order type so i think could be valuable to the owner?
