Forma needs a way to control and manage client data from the HUB. Any one contractor using forma may frequently work with the same client/customer on many jobs. With more and more subcontractors adopting Build, the need to manage client data separate from projects is getting more apparent. Currently Forma does not have a way track projects by customer or even store client specific data other than contact information. Some our our clients are getting creative by creating projects in forma for each client to store their data, then bridging necessary files to each new project for that client. This needs to be looked at.
