The new update that requires Building Connected Contacts to be given access to Trade Tapp in order to be listed as a Contact should be removed. The people that I want to list as Contacts for my company do not need to know the information that we are providing to our clients for prequalification purposes including but not limited to financial information. Previously, I was able to put company contacts by adding their name and contact information directly and this allowed someone to reach out to VPS, PMs, etc. without that individual having access to the prequalification information provided. However, since GCS can require up to a certain number of contacts for their prequal this now requires me to grant access to unnecessary individuals just to be able to submit my prequalification. Requiring access to TradeTapp to be a contact is a huge concern for our internal company confidential information.
