Currently, you can 'close' a project, but you can't 'close' a bid package. Our work is construction management, so it can take a year or more to sequentially tender each of the bid packages in a single project. Although the project may be open for years, the bid packages are only open for weeks. It would be nice if we could close each bid package once the contract is awarded (without closing the project), to prevent people from altering a bid package where we already have an awarded contract.
