Ability to view Activity Log or who Created an issue on the ACC mobile app
Dear Autodesk ACC Development Team: One Major ask from our Construction Team using ACC is the need to be able to view who created an issue on the Mobile App. Currently there is no way to do this without using the web version. If we had the ability to view the Issue's Activity log on the mobile app that would be even better. Adding this feature would allow for better collaboration between the construction team and the person who raised the issue.
I agree with adding issue activity for better communication. We also run into this a lot with Assets and would like to see an activity log on the mobile app there as well.
Been in communication with Autodesk support team on this suggestion a few times. We utilize status changes heavily with our trade partners/vendors to help push issues in the field. Without being able to see what contractor is changing the status on the mobile app it can confuse our Trade partners/A/E/Owner and slow our production in the field. Several team members have reverted back to utilizing the web version so we can check the Activity Log in the field. Main issue is when team members just change status without adding comment to the issue.
I'm seeing who created the issue at the bottom of the issue in the mobile app, but still no activity log similar to the BIM360 App. Still struggle with clarity of who switches the status when viewing issues on the mobile application. @crweatherspoon do you see this differently on your app?
