Problem / Why this matters
Our team receives a high volume of invitations that we never bid (ex: retail work). Today, even when rules help with sorting/visibility, we still have to open and manually decline large batches (often 50–100+ at a time). This creates unnecessary admin work and slows down review of opportunities we do want.
Solution
Please add an “Auto-Decline Invite” action to Opportunity Rules. We receive high volumes of out-of-scope invites (ex: retail) and must manually decline them in bulk. If a rule could auto-decline based on opportunity name keywords (contains/doesn’t contain), with exceptions and an audit log, it would eliminate repetitive admin work and keep our Opportunities list focused on bid-worthy projects.
