Attribte fields in Basic Information in Forms

IN forms there are preset filed in the section for Basic information för all Forms. It would gretly improve the usage of this section is form managers and admins could decide which attributes should be visable and make them mandatory to fill in. Now a lot of the field go by unused and only contribute with confusion in what to fill in when they arent relevant to the form. 

It would also greatly improve identification of forms if template-creators could make their own fileds in Basic information  For example ACC Company, Name etc. If these attributes are visable and searchable in the forms-list it would decrease the time to find specific forms greatly!

I would just like this section to be more customizable.  Instead of "location", we could change it to "type of equipment".  Basically to customize the Basic Information section to enable reports to be generated by different criteria.

Our advanced users leverage the Form's Basic Information Description fields heavily to allow for searching.  
The ability to add custom fields at the Basic Information level would be a huge improvement and allow us to leverage the grid view for Inspections and Field Employee onboarding for example.
