Currently, the only way to assign someone to a form is through section assignees in the template editor, making it unclear who is responsible for completing a specific form. This creates confusion when one person fills out the form but another submits it, with no clear record of responsibility. To update assignees, teams must edit the template each time, which is inefficient for commonly used forms. A clearer and more flexible way to assign responsibility at the form level would improve accountability and workflow clarity.
