Flexsim Answers content not showing

Hello, when browsing Flexsim Answers posts some of them do not display the body of the questions/answers. This happens on different browsers and devices, whether logged in or not. For example:

https://answers.flexsim.com/questions/29523/sending-a-message-to-all-group-members.html

shows as

[Ben_WilsonADSK · Accepted solution]

This is a platform-wide AnswerHub issue affecting many, if not all, AnswerHub-based communities, including FlexSim's:

It seems to affect posts made in 2020 or earlier. So far anything more recent seems unaffected.
