Errors encountered when importing DWG files and generating factory objects

Hello everyone, I'm using the 2027 version. I'm encountering a problem during modeling: my factory assets are not generating correctly (as shown in the image below, there's an error), and I can't import the ER_small dwg solution file. FlexSim crashes every time I try to import it. Are some files or modules missing? Or is there another solution? Thank you.

something simillar happens to me. Every time I want to import dwg layout to Model Background, FlexSim crashes. I tried resaved dwg but it does not helped. Does anybody have solution?

Have you tried to import an exported dwg in an older version?

Yes, I tried dwg 2018, 2013, 2010, 2007, 2004 and 2000 and nothing changed. It only happends with larger dwg models. In the json error file is written:

Hello, I have downloaded both files, but the problem persists.
