Problem importing .dwg for 3D objects in FlexSim 2027.

I am unable to import .dwg files for the visuals of 3D objects in FlexSim 2027.0.1.

After selecting the file, no graphics appear. Changing the position, size, and rotation has no effect. There are no error messages.

Has anyone else seen this?  I notice others have reported issues using .dwg files in FlexSim 2027.

I'm using the same version and have the same issue.

We have identified some of the issues as being related to missing dependencies. Can you try again after installing the latest versions of RealDWG and Shared Components from Autodesk Account?

I install both RealDWG 2027.1 and Shared Components 2027.2 Extensions and nothing changed. I have FlexSim 27.0.2.

I installed the latest versions of RealDWG and Shared Components and then upgraded to FlexSim 2027.0.2.  I am still unable to import a .dwg file for the visuals of a 3D object.

I tried .igs also.  This works as intended with no issues.

I am trying in import .dwg file to Model Backgroud. Here are two .dwg layouts. Layout1 I am able to import, Layout2 I am not.

I was able to see both Layouts after import. I noticed that Layout2 was far away from the origin, so you may need to change the X and Y coordinates to 0 to bring it into view.

Can you try importing a DWG as a Model Background instead of a 3D object visual? This will help you identify if there is a scaling or location issue.

It does not import as a background.

I have been able to import 2D .dwg drawings either as a background or 3D object visual. 3D does not work.

Can you attach the DWG file that is giving you issues?

The .dwg file is attached.  Units are in inches.  As a simple test, I am trying to import this for the TaskExecuter visual.

I was able to reproduce the issue with the 3D DWG file. I will create a case to investigate further.
