Operator multiple items Unloading Task

I have an operator loading items form two queues ir order. Takes all items from Queue1 then goes to Queue2. But when trying to replicate decide loop for unloading all items, operator just unload one item from each queue, and keeps the other finishing the Task Sequence.

Any idea on how to solve this?

You are telling the operator to unload items that are present in the queue, not the ones it has loaded.

You can make the Process Flow shorter and more scalable by using Sub Flows for the loading and unloading.
