Changing Processor's Entry and Exit Points when using Custom Visual

Is it possible to change the entry and exit points of a processor when using a custom visual? I have a double deep pallet rack with a small worktable in front and a take away conveyor running through the rack. When I change the visual, it's putting the entry and exit points at left and right of the back rack. 

I want it to enter into the front of the worktable and then exit from the back of the 

worktable.

The simplest solution would be to rotate the processor so the ports are oriented correctly and then change the shape factors to rotate the visuals.
