How to change educational role to staff/educator

Hello,
Same issue here. I need to reset my Autodesk student account to be able to change the role from student to educator. I have finished my phd, but I am still working as a staff at the same university. Now, I have only the option to renew my student account, but I am not a student anymore...

I've reset your education account, so you should now be able to reverify with a new role.

Sorry for the late answer; I was out of the office.

Everything is working fine, and I already have a working educator licence (so the switching of the role from student to educator was successful).
