Unable to reverify my educational access.

Hello Forum,

I have been using Autodesk for 7 years now, mainly AutoCad under a educational staff license. It has come to renew my access and it is saying I have reached the maximum amount of times I can reverify and now I have to contact SheerId? We use this product daily to manufacture equipment for students, please help.

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I've just checked your account and I can see that it has been verified into 2026 - so you should now be able to download/renew any products you need access to. Is there anything else I can help with regarding getting access to Educational licensing?
