Why is there no hole in the "Board Information" section of the PCB design in Eagle?

I have a custom made PCB. Please refer to the image, the Board design contains an array of PCB. I have a microphone which has a hole in it (the acoustic port). You can see a hole symbol in the image. But on the "board information" on left side, there is no board hole mentioned. it should be 25 instead of 0,since I have 25 PCBs in single board. Can someone help please?

Hi @Anonymous ,

It would seem that because that hole is considered part of a component it's not considered in that counter. @HelenChen-ElectronicsQA Could you make a ticket for this? The dialog is confusing, maybe it should specify total holes and include the holes that are in components.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Hi, thank you for the reply. I don't quite understand. Does that mean that the board won't have any holes and it is only considering it as the microphone's part ? Then how can I solve the issue? Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous ,

I hope you're doing well. Sorry for not clarifying, your board will be manufactured correctly when you send them the gerbers and drill files. The issue is strictly with the Board information dialog and how it counts holes.

Let me know if you need more clarification.

Hi @jorge_garcia , @Anonymous ,

Sorry for any confusion. I will log a ticket to track it.

As a workaround, @Anonymous , you could go to Manufacturing > Board Tab > where you could see the drill information in your board.

Hope it helps.

Thanks for your replies @HelenChen-ElectronicsQA , @jorge_garcia …I already sent out the PCB for manufacturing and asked them to verify regarding the hole. I was able to see the hole on the different board layers though.
