library.io thumbnail generation seems to be broken

since a cuple of weeks, there are no thumbnails anymore for 3d-packages from libriary.io.

can anybode confirm this?

Hi everyone,

On the 11th library.io had issues but these have since been resolved. Thumbnails do sometimes take some time to be generated but they do generally show up.

Hi Jorge,

Thank you for the reply. I am not so much worried about the thumbnail but the 3D object does not sync with my library. The problem is that the 3D object is uploaded correctly and appears in my online library but it does not sync to my library on my computer. When I place the component it does not have a 3D object. 

The 3D object also does not appear in my Eagle library.

I made many componets in the past but the last 3 (sins december) gave me problems with the 3D.

There was apperantly an issue with the import of 3D packages.

It should be solved now but no luck on my side. It is still not working.

C'Mon @jorge_garcia. Multiple users reported the same issue (multiple posts):

thumbnail generation is broken since 11. december 2022.

And it still seems to be a problem.

autodesk cant fix it, because everyone is working on the "fusion-integration" bullshit ??
