Polar Stretch only one point of a triangle

Our client uses a triangular "leader" on one of their callouts. I'm trying to turn this into a dynamic block with the ability to stretch the "point" of the triangle in any direction and any distance with a grip but I'm having some trouble. I have applied a polar stretch action to the triangle, but when I move the grip around, the base of the triangle rotates and I don't want that to happen. Is there any way to make this work without it rotating the base?

Post the block.

Use a stretch action rather than a polar stretch action.

Using Stretch action only lets me stretch along the angle of the Dimension parameter, rather than stretch in any direction. I may be applying the action incorrectly though. Here's my block.

If you use a stretch action with a polar parameter or a point parameter, it will allow you to stretch any direction.  It is only when associated with a linear parameter that it is limited to linear motion.

Thank you @Libbya that was exactly what I needed!
