Move dynamic Block points on coordinates

In attached Dynamic block There is 8 points I have to move them on following coordinates 

0.1224,0.7129
0.6947,4.0477
1.4682,8.5539
2.3617,13.7594
3.5384,20.6155
4.3687,25.4528
4.8083,28.014
6.1623,35.9029
6.6455,38.7182

method I following in inserting points and moving manual but for bulk work is there any method to get it done another way?

On main file its I have to paste this block 40 time and I have 40X 9 Coordinates on alignment

Can you use the Divide or Measure commands?  Looks like the spacing is constant

No I cant.
If you check coordinates spacing is not constant.

@Amriya_Exe The only problem I'm having is I can't remember how to temporarily turn off the osnaps.

First I would place one of the objects at 0,0 and then copy it using a script file. See the image below and the .txt file attached. Change the extension of the text file to .scr and don't forgot to turn off your snaps (F3)

I would move your block away from the 0,0, then put a point on 0,0 and run the script then move your block back to 0,0

can you try once?
I tried to select points to 0,0 its not moving may be limit in parameter.

Ah I was getting the wrong end of the stick. I see now you wish to move the circles. Unfortunately I can't think of any way of automating that
