Why can't I find a specific parameter for a dynamic block in the .atc file?

Hello to all, please see the attached pics.  Where does AutoCAD store the parameter values in dynamic blocks when you put the blocks on a tool palette?  I keep searching and searching the .atc files but zero luck.  This info has to be SOMEWHERE.  Anyone have any ideas?

I found a possible answer and I DO NOT like it.  I exported the tool palette, then opened that file in XML Notepad.  ACAD generates a random string of numbers for the name of the parameter.  That SUCKS 😠😠😠
