Having problem to rotate NOT ONLY ATTRIBUTES, but ATTRIBUTES AND OBJECTS

Please note, i don't just want to keep the attribute text on horizontal, but the attributes and the line that cuts the circle.

Resuming, i want to rotate the text and the line inside of the circle

I haven't found in any forum something that considerates rotating atts and objects

Your post doesn't make sense to me.  If you want the attributes and line between them to remain horizontal while you rotate the section/elevation line, then simply don't rotate the attributes and line between them.

Why don't you simply not include the attributes and line between them in the rotate action's selection set?

The center of the circle is the center of rotation.  You state that you both want the attributes and line to rotate but that you don't want them to rotate.  You can't have both.

Correcting my quote:

BUT WANT THE REST OF IT TO ROTATE

If you don't want them to rotate, then remove them from the selection set of the rotate action.
