Dynamic cube block with stretchable height, width and depth

Hi. 

There is probably a very straight forward solution here that I am missing but I have been pulling my hair out all day. 

I need a block consisting of a cube to have all 3 axes adjustable. I can get 2 to work but since I can't create a linear parameter in the z direction or flip the UCS, I can't get the last axis to be adjustable.
