dynamic block with multiple show on/off visibilities

Hi

I want to create a dynamic block with multiple show on/off visibilities.
For example, a bad with side table as options

Visibility states:
Bed
Bed with left table
Bed with right table
Bed with left and right table

I have a lookup for each table with Yes/No entries, but cant find a way to map them to all 4 visibility states.
Any idea?

You need a double lookup.
