dynamic block with height and width to be locked

hi there I want to create a door and a window as well but with a locked minimum and maximum width and height so no one can explode it. but I have two type of width and height, is it possible to have a dynamic block that has stretch action with certain height and width ? 

I will list the width that has to be locked 

minimum width 483mm x minimum height 610mm 

minimum width 660mm x minimum height 483mm 

as you can see that these sizes can be more but when I want to stretch to 483mm width then height has to be no less than 610mm

I will attach a dynamic block if you could please have it locked with these sizes, if it works then I will list the maximum as well.

Change "Dist Type" from NONE to LIST, and then you can list a set of distances

What you may want to consider is creating parameters for each Visibility State.  Which you could set the max min amounts for the specific items.

unfortunately I didn't get the exact answer that I was looking for, perhaps I didn't make it clear enough of what I want,

however I will attach the CAD file for an awning. this is dynamic block, looking for some sizes to be locked but I also want to stretch it with different sizes that provided below, the reason I want these sizes to be locked, so drafters won't have more than maximum or less than minimum, also I don't want to have it as lock-up or visibility that we choose the sizes.

hope I made it more clear now.

the sizes will have to meet each other.

991mm wide to meet 483mm height

660mm wide to meet 533mm height

483mm wide to meet 660mm height

these sizes are minimum.

for maximum sizes

864mm wide to meet 1778mm height

1575mm wide to meet 991mm height.

these the sizes that I want my dynamic block to follow when I stretch it but I also can stretch it in sizes that are in between those numbers.
