Blocks disappearing underneath PDF Underlay

There appears to be some issues with Draw Order in AutoCAD 2024 & 2025 releases.  My blocks with hatches/wipeouts appear underneath my PDF underlay and I have to bring them to front and regen.  Reverting back to AutoCAD 2023 fixed the issues.  I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but any feedback would be appreciated.  I can show an example but it's basically exactly how I explained it.  If it's a raster image PDF, the block completely disappears under the underlay.  If it's a PDF (no raster image), the block will appear underneath the linework, eg. my block underneath the walls in a floor plan.  Let me know if anyone has a proper fix or if it's being addressed.  Constantly regenerating the drawing and fixing the draw orders / importing the PDF are not good workarounds in my opinion.  I should just be able to place my blocks on top of the PDF without issue.  Thank you for the help.

Have you updated the latest versions of Autocad?

If it still persists try typing GFXDX12 and change the value to 0
