basepoint and text move in dynamic block

I have created a pretty basic block for my company.

every time I insert the block in a scale other then 1/8th all the points move. base point becomes moved so does the attribute and the rotation point..

Attached to this are examples and the block..and the text comes in fine but when I send it to other ppl in the office to use the text is super small instead of scaling to the drawing accordingly. I have added the scales to the block but it still doesn't come in correctly

Since I don't do much (any) isometric.

What have you done to affect the Crosshairs on the Pickbox in your files?

And did it make sense to create the DynBlk in something other than World coordinate system? (If that is what you did.)

I haven't even sent it to anyone else in my company yet. And I have set all the insert units to what they're supposed to be. From what I've researched. If Inert it in a different scale then 1/8th inch the text and base point and rotation points move.

You threw me off with this statement in your first post.

Is the Block created in World UCS?

I originally did send it to someone but even before that I was having a scaling problem I wasn't aware about.

I have CANNOSCALE set to 1/4" =1' here and your Block works fine.

Are all the Annotative Scales listed for the porposed scale of the Block?

Have you tried unchecking Match Orientation... of the Text Style?

Try inserting it to a different scale plan and see what happens

The problem is just with that particular drawing, for some reason the block definition is incorect in the 1/4 scale drawing, if you insert the block using the design center with the option to redefine the block then it solves the issue.

Do This:

Highlight your Attrib so the Properties Palette is open.

Add all the Annotative Scales needed to the Attrib. This should be the third line under the Text dropdown in the Palette.
