Access_Point Dynamic Block Not Displaying AccessPointSize change via BlockPlaceHolder reference

Looking at Access_Point a Dynamic Block inside block editor:

ACCESSPOINTSIZE is an attribute that is linked to a User Defined Parameter in the Block Properties Table

via a BlockPlaceHolder reference

There is a block table grip that controls the block based on selection from that grip.

The visibility is AccessPointDisplay.

Looking at an instance of Access_Point:
Note:

AccessPointSize (a user defined parameter) &

ACCESSPOINTSIZE (an attribute)

in the properties display on the left.

Pressing the grip allows me to select a different Access Point Size:

Note:

AccessPointSize  is now 228, however,

ACCESSPOINTSIZE is still 144

By entering the block editor for Access_Point and exiting, the attribute updates.

How do I get the attribute to update after the table call, without entering the editor?

Neither attsyc or block reset have any effect on this problem.
I believe that it has something to do with that we are accessing the default of the attribute.

Also changing visibilities while changing AccessPointSize does not update the Attribute.

After a field has changed you need to do a REGEN for the change to show
